WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation, subject to the terms outlined below.

Coverage applies to:

Structural integrity under normal residential or commercial use
Manufacturing defects in materials
Premature deterioration not caused by misuse or improper installation

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alteration
Normal wear and tear
Improper storage or handling prior to installation
Acts of nature or extreme environmental conditions

Any modifications to the product after purchase
Labor costs, installation fees, removal costs, or re-installation
Delivery, shipping, or freight charges
Any costs associated with reinstalling replacement materials

INSTALLER QUALIFICATION

Warranty coverage is valid when products are installed:

By a licensed professional contractor, or
By a homeowner strictly following Legacy Building Products’ official installation guidelines.

Improper installation, failure to follow specifications, or use of incorrect fastening systems may void warranty coverage.

Legacy Building Products reserves the right to request documentation confirming installation method.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Legacy Building Products’ liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product or refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion.

Labor costs Installation fees Removal expenses Delivery charges Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
